Handmade Gourmet Shortbread Cookies | Gingerbread

The new elevated gingerbread cookie. Our crispier classic shortbread is combined with a floral ginger which adds a slightly spicy and citrus note to this cookie.  This cookie is incredible paired with a cup of hot chocolate or even on a savoury tray with pear or mango compote.
