This cookie is perfect for that special someone  who enjoys the classic flavour of buttery shortbread and the hint of pure vanilla with that relaxing afternoon cup of tea.  It can also be an unexpected addition to charcuterie boards and cheese plates.  The glass jars are done by weight and contains approximately 33-35 cookies depending on the size of the cookies. You may find some of the cookies slightly smaller/larger than others and that is because they are made by hand.
