It is a one of a kind using local parmesan cheese from Empire Cheese in Campbellford and our smoky spice is imported by La Plantation in Montreal from a fair-trade plantation in Cambodia. The glass jars are done by weight and contains approximately 33-35 cookies depending on the size of the cookies. You may find some of the cookies slightly smaller/larger than others and that is because they are made by hand.
